Welcome to the Costa Blanca — or White Coast — so named because of the long stretches of white sand that predominates throughout this corner of Spain.

The Costa Blanca North is the area north of Alicante stretching towards Valencia, and served by airports in both locations, via an excellent modern road system.

The region is very different from that of southern Costa Blanca, being more mountainous with lush green valleys, tiny sandy coves and attractive coastal harbour areas. Thankfully, our towns have been kept free from the high-rise apartment blocks that dominate many other Spanish resorts.
