Having a completed section to the development means that for a foreign buyer, the application to the governor can be applied for immediately, making owning a home in Tunisia that much quicker, unlike similar developments currently under construction!

The fee to reserve an apartment is 3000 Euros.  Upon the signing of the initial contract, the Promise of Sale, the first 50% of the purchase price is due within 28 days, minus the 3000 Euros which you have already paid. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, scheduled for the end of 2010/beginning of 2011.

There is a yearly charge for the upkeep and maintenance of the apartments, pools and grounds, once completed of just 300 Euros per year.

You are able to reserve without viewing, in which case you should select your preferred unit from the site plan (available on request) and forward the reservation fee directly to Tunisia.
